The City of Levelland is a vibrant community and there is a lot going on!!! We love that about our City!!. If you or your organization is planning an event that won’t be held in one of the city parks- it may require an event permit. 

There are three conditions that require the submission of an event application. They are:

  1. The event will have more than 200 people attending. And/or…
  2. The event will include purchase and/or consumption of alcohol. And/or…
  3. The event will require streets to be closed.

***July 6, 2020-Governor Abbott’s GA-29 Executive Order limits outdoor gatherings to 10 or less. Governor Abbott has given local mayors and county judges the authority to approve local events. If you would like to have the events committee and Mayor Barbra Pinner review your event information for possible approval, submit the COVID version of the event application found to the right. In this version of the application, you will have to detail how you intend to implement COVID-related health protocols.
